    The Role: 

    Federated Wireless is currently seeking a Field Solutions Lead reporting to the Vice President of Product Management and Marketing. This person will lead the Federated solutions development in neutral host segment and build the team to scale to all market segments as the market momentum continues to grow.


    • Lead solutions development for our key customers in one or more market segments – MNO, MSO and Neutral Host.
    • The solutions development role in Federated is defined by a customer success mindset to help the customer identify key use cases with the strongest business case and then be a trusted advisor to remove/reduce friction by a combination of ecosystem strategy, product strategy and other consulting help.
    • In this role, the person is expected to work with a range of personnel from the customer side – ranging from the executive leadership to the technical engineering team.
    • In this trusted advisor role, the person will accelerate absorption of Federated Wireless technology for multiple use cases per market segment.
    • This person/team will work closely with the Federated sales to support the sales cycle progress towards revenue and growth.
    • This person is also expected to work with the CEO and leadership team to continue to refine the product and go to market strategy by being the market segment expert – especially from an overall technical solution perspective.
    • Build and scale the Federated Wireless Market Solutions practice as the market continues to expand
    • Work with the product team for product strategy for market enablement and sustained differentiation and leadership in each segment


    • 10+ years of solutions architecture and development experience
    • Strong technical background and experience in one or more areas: wireless networks (Wi-Fi, LTE, or others), IoT (especially in enterprise and industrial environments), cloud based enterprise software
    • Hands on experience in putting together technical demos, solution architectures and supporting PoC-style (proof of concept) deployments
    • Ability to build, manage and mentor high quality teams in a fast paced environment
    • Excellent customer facing communication skills – including a proven ability to hold detailed technical presentations, educate customers to complex technical topics, influence customer strategy by becoming a trusted advisor
    • Proven ability to influence without authority in cross functional and matrixed organizations
    • Project and resource management skills to manage cross organizational projects and deadlines
